At Superior Snacks, we’re committed to delivering your rare and exotic treats—Japanese Fanta, Coca Cola Mentos, 4D Gummies, and more—fresh and fast from our Thunder Bay, Canada, base. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Carrier: We proudly ship with Canada Post for reliable, affordable delivery across Canada and select international destinations.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Delivery Time:

    • Canada: 3–7 business days (e.g., 3–5 days to Ontario, 5–7 days to Western/Eastern Canada).

    • International (e.g., USA): 7–14 business days, depending on customs.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a Canada Post tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rates (Canada):

    • $5 CAD for orders under 2 lbs (e.g., gummies, Mentos).

    • $10 CAD for orders 2–5 lbs (e.g., Fanta bottles or mixed packs).

    • Free Shipping: On all orders over $50 CAD!

  • International: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination (starting at $15 CAD to USA).

  • Local Pickup: Free pickup available in Thunder Bay, ON—select at checkout and we’ll email details.

Perishable Items

  • For gummies and other heat-sensitive snacks, we add ice packs ($2 CAD extra) during warm weather (May–September) to ensure freshness.

  • Note: We’re not responsible for melting after delivery, but we pack carefully to minimize risks.

Order Issues

  • Damaged or Lost Orders: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number. We’ll work with Canada Post to resolve it.

  • Incorrect Items: Let us know within 7 days, and we’ll send the right snacks or issue a refund.

  • Non-Deliverable Orders: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll reship once you cover additional shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for perishable items (e.g., gummies, opened sodas).

  • Refunds are issued for unopened, non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery, minus shipping costs. Contact us to start the process.
